July 1st through mid August the Fairgrounds are CLOSED for rentals due to the Fiesta Days Rodeo and Utah County Fair.

The Large Indoor Arena will be closed for construction
beginning August 2026 through Spring 2027.

Upon review, there may be conditions of approval attached to this permit. You must comply with any and all conditions to conduct this event. Please allow ten business days for processing.
